Currently, I am designing end-to-end UI/UX at Better HR's product team ~ a regional HR management and recruitment platform used by over 500 companies across Myanmar, Cambodia, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, and Singapore. I collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to simplify HR workflows, improve usability, and drive user engagement through research-driven, iterative design.
