Users can click on their interested terms to instantly view related job listings, making job exploration faster and more engaging. Though small in scope, this feature effectively improves discoverability and user experience.

✶ Designed the UX/UI for a top-up balance feature that allows users to directly purchase job posting credits via supported mobile payment methods such as KBZPay and bank transfers in Myanmar , and bank transfers in Sri Lanka from Better HR Dashboard.

✶ Designed an internal content management system for Better Jobs, enabling the marketing team to efficiently curate job post collections, configure widget-based content displays across platforms, manage employer-submitted data, and automate geo-targeted push notifications based on users’ selected countries.

Better HR - Attendance with Static QR Scan

✶ Designed an attendance feature that enables HR admins to generate static, geometrically patterned QR codes for each office location within the Better HR dashboard.

✶ When a new location is added, the system automatically creates a unique static QR code that employees can scan via the Better HR mobile app to check in and out seamlessly. HR admins can download the QR code as a PDF for easy printing and display on stands at the office entrance. To enhance security and prevent fraudulent check-ins, admins can regenerate new QR codes at any time.

LINE MAN Mart Cross-Sell Design Challenge

✶ A 2 days design challenge on improving the integration of LINE MAN Mart cross-sell opportunities within the food delivery flow to increase Mart order conversions without disrupting the ordering experience.

My proposed design solution ~

  • Users can directly add items to their cart from the same flow, minimizing friction and cognitive load.

  • Once items are added, a mini cart interface appears, showing updated total costs or reward information if promotions are available - a small yet engaging feedback loop motivates users to explore and proceed with checkout, enhancing both convenience and purchase motivation.

ABA Mobile Banking App - Cashback feature enhancement

As part of an application process with ABA Bank, I was tasked to design a solution to enhance their mobile app Cashback feature. I proposed improvements that increase visibility and make cashback opportunities more intuitive and rewarding by showing how much cashback users have earned from their purchases based on the transaction history with cashback merchant. My design solution focused on boosting user engagement with campaigns while ensuring cashback offers are easily discoverable and seamlessly integrated into the user experience.


Also designed a dashboard to provide ABA internal cashback team with a performance dashboard to track and optimize campaigns and optimize promotions for different merchants through clear, data-driven metrics.


I really enjoyed working on this assignment as it brought out my design thinking and problem-solving skills, allowing me to create a meaningful and user-focused solution.
