A creative UI/UX Designer and passionate product enthusiast with over 2 years of experience crafting intuitive, engaging digital experiences. I specialize in turning complex ideas into clean, user-centered designs that not only look great but elevate the overall product experience. I’m driven by a deep curiosity for how products work and a love for solving real user problems through thoughtful design.

Currently, I am leading end-to-end UI/UX design for Better HR, a regional HR management software and recruitment platform used across Myanmar, Cambodia, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, and Singapore. I collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to design intuitive user experiences, optimize complex workflows, and drive meaningful user engagement across web and mobile platforms.

Better HR - AI Powered HR Admin Chatbot ⚙︎

✶ Led the UX/UI design for an AI-driven HR Admin chatbot aimed at transforming and streamlining core HR processes. The chatbot empowers HR teams to effortlessly manage employee onboarding, leave requests, attendance schedule updates, and track real-time success or failure of AI-driven operations.

Better HR - Top Up Balance feature for purchasing Job Posting Credits on Better Jobs ↗

✶ Designed the UX/UI for a top-up balance feature that allows users to directly purchase job posting credits via supported mobile payment methods such as KBZPay and bank transfers in Myanmar , and bank transfers in Sri Lanka from Better HR Dashboard.

✶ The feature streamlines intuitive payment flow with real-time balance updates, transaction history, and clear feedback to enhance user trust and reduce support friction.

Better Jobs - Recruitment Platform ↗

✶ Collaborated with designers, product managers and developers on the UX/UI design of Better Jobs - the company’s new product, along with its integrated applicant tracking system on Better HR Dashboard.

✶ Better Jobs streamlined job applications, allowing applicants to apply, track their status, and receive assignments, interviews, and offers. All applications were managed in the Better HR applicant tracking system, enabling recruiters to track candidates efficiently and improve hiring accuracy, while enhancing transparency and engagement for applicants.

✶ Designed an internal content management system for Better Jobs, enabling the marketing team to efficiently curate job post collections, configure widget-based content displays across platforms, manage employer-submitted data, and automate geo-targeted push notifications based on users’ selected countries.

The system reduced manual workload, improved content deployment speed, and enhanced the team’s ability to deliver relevant job opportunities to users in specific regions.

✶ Crafted a customer management tool to support the finance and admin team in securely storing client data, tracking payments and invoices, monitoring monthly MRR, and measuring customer engagement across key modules such as attendance, payroll, and recruitment.

Designed a scalable, compliant, and intuitive payroll system that simplifies multi-country salary processing, reduces human error, and empowers HR teams to manage payroll with clarity, speed, and confidence.

  • Filter data by position, department, location or custom tag.

  • Drill down into detailed employee records, including device used for check-in (e.g., facial recognition, fingerprint), location accuracy, and attendance history.
